Hackathons
Hackathons are a great way to get into an industry. It seems that there is a limited amount of them happening. The last I could find was:
- SexTech NYC — happened in NYC in 2017. It included 50 participants. I’m not aware of future hackathons, but this is a good page to look for links to other innovators
- SexHack — I believe this happened Apr 2020. It had quite a bit of people as well. This is a link to their Slack group, may be a good place to network
Meetups and Conferences
- SexTechConnect — a regular online happy hour for the sex tech industry
- AdultIndustryEvents — a massive list of mostly porn conferences
